My family joined Dr Woods new concierge medical practice and it has been amazing. We are a family of 6 and also small business owners. Self insuring gets you terrible insurance and doctors who move you in and out like a number. We love the idea of our doctor getting to know us and our family and treating us like real people. Having a dr who comes to your home to treat you and checks in on was something of the past until now! Dr Wood is definitely the way to go!

Dr. Wood is one of a kind! I’m a new patient to his concierge practice, and it’s been a life saver. I’m a financial services executive with a busy calendar who travels a lot. Most recently, we reinstated in person conferences and I was exposed to a person who had COVID. I was notified during my flight home, and Dr. Wood was in my driveway upon my arrival with a COVID test to make sure I didn’t put my family at risk. Negative thank goodness. He does so much more than convenience because he just believes in a higher quality of care. We have active conversations about my health on a relationship basis vs. a transactional basis which I often experience with traditional doctors. He offers a truly personalized service that not only fits my life as a busy exec, but he makes sure I remain accountable to doing the right things that keep me healthy for my family.

Best doctor around Charlotte. He told me I was pre-diabetic, which my prior doctor never mentioned even though it was in my chart. He helped me to make small changes so I can reverse my health now, rather than waiting to start taking insulin. Very impressed. Caring and efficient. Thank

Dr. Wood noticed a lump on my arm during a routine visit. He had a way of explaining the steps to get it checked out and not creating any sort of panic. I later had to have the lump removed. Dr. Wood did the procedure. He explained every step making me feel comfortable. He took the time to stich me up carefully so I did not have a scar. He also followed up for months to make sure I was feeling ok. He for sure goes above for his patients.

I have seen Dr. Wood on 3 separate occasions and have been pleased with each of my appointments. He takes the time to listen, which seems to be a lost art these days, and offered me multiple treatment options allowing me the ability to have a say in my treatment plan. He maintains a more holistic approach to medicine, which aligns with how I want to be treated. Even with a busy schedule, he tries to be as accessible as possible. I would absolutely recommend him.

Dr. Zack Wood is one of the most personable doctors I have ever seen. He was gentle and caring when he saw my children and he really took the time to help us address underlying problems. He went above and beyond to answer my questions and make us feel comfortable. I could tell that he was passionate about helping us and ensuring that we got the best medical treatment under his care. He is truly one of a kind.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and effective. After 35+ years of back pain I just thought pain was part of my life. In 10 minutes he fixed my pain and I am able to do things I was able to do as a teen again.
