Horrific
Absolutely horrific staff with zero compassion for patients and their families. I've worked in medicine for 15 years and have never encountered such a terrible practice. They should be fired immediately for negligence and mistreatment. I'm disgusted that anyone in medicine would treat another human being the way they have treated my family.

Horrible. Arrogant and dismissive
My husband had a resistant bacteria infection. He was in a lot of pain and Dr. Saul and his partner were completely dismissive. After a two year battle, my husband passed away at the age of 57.

HORRIBLE STAFF! Didn't even see doctor.
I left their office as the office staff was absolutely terrible, both in their attitude & way of communicating. One of the women in your office should not be working face-to-face with people. Seriously. I was inquiring why, after calling 6 times last week because my referring doc was having trouble sending the referral, I was NEVER told that Dr. Saul wasn't taking new patients. Yet I mentioned that I was coming to see Dr. Saul 4 out of the 6 times I called. Only after they received the referral was I told he's not taking new patients. I did decide to book an appt Dr. Miljkovic, his colleague, but when I got to the office & inquired why I wasn't told about Dr. Saul's not taking on new patients, the nastiness was unacceptable & I left. Avoid this office.

Dr. Saul gave me my life back. After suffering with Chronic Lyme for many years, Dr. Saul agreed to treat my case aggressively. I went from being bed bound to getting my Masters' and having a full time job. Without a doubt, I would not be here without Dr. Saul.

This guy is a real PERSON. Knows how to really help as a doctor, but talks like a real person talk to you. I am really pleased with his treatment of mi infection. I believe he goes the extra step to help where he can. Feel comfortable talking with him and he recalls what issues i had

Uncaring, and shockingly uninterested and unknowledgeable regarding tick born disease. Failed to diagnose and treat late stage Neurological Lyme and resulting multi system infectious disease. Ridiculously long waits in office to see a doctor who can barely spend five minutes with you and could not care less about your suffering or helping you to recover. Extremely rude and offensive Assistant who would be well suited to working at your local DMV.

Dr. Saul was one of the many doctors I had to see while diagnosing my MRSA. After going to see a dermatologist several times (I mean almost 10), she had no conclusion and proceeded to refer me to Dr. Saul. His bedside manner was excellent and he was the only doctor who made me feel at ease at treating such a superbug that would not go away for A YEAR. He reassured me that I would be back to normal in no time - and it was true. BEST DOCTOR EVER!!! He is exceptional.

The sometimes lengthy wait is worth the time spent with Dr. Saul. Some of the front desk staff is rude and not pleasant to deal with. If I were to choose a practice based on staff, this would not be the one. I've been with Dr. Saul for decades and don't want to start with another doctor.

Dr. Saul did not cure my Lyme Disease and I ended up leaving college on medical leave and finally getting treated with 6 months of two different antibiotics for Lyme Disease and Babesia before I was cured. I missed a whole year of college. His office staff was rude and unprofessional and it was always a very long wait.
