Would give a zero if possible. Saw him three times. He was nice in the company of a resident, but a different person when nobody else was around. He works in an occupation that involves having the power to choose whether to help an injured individual, or to help powerful entities (insurance companies( that do not want to take responsibility for their obligations. McKinney is one of those doctors who for "mysterious" reasons, likes to protect the financial interests of the "deep pocket" powerful entities. I wonder what he gets out of protecting those with deep pockets, and giving the shaft to their victims?
