Rude and disrespectful staff
When I went to the office for my appointment, the receptionist had a nasty attitude, rude , and was constantly getting smart with me, I told the office manager Kelly, the the nurse Robin, and the nurse Jennifer, no on did a thing about it, as I was checking out to leave, the thing kept getting smart, standing there gripping an ink pen as if she wanted to stab me with it and the moment I said something to her, I got discharged as a patient, but she she still has a job. But God saw everything, so that receptionist, Kelly, Robin, and Jennifer, I prayed and it's all in Jesus hand, Jesus said vengeance is his, so that is something they have to deal with... But I love Dr Ma, but some of that staff, needs to be removed...

I felt Dr. Ma and his staff very professional. Yes he does speak "broken" English, and if one paid attention to him you can understand what he is saying. It took ONE visit with him to determine the source of my pain. Very likable and entertaining man with excellent staff.

it says he speaks English (what a laugh, no he does not!! most of what I said he had to ask the nurse what I said) When he injected me IDK what went wrong but he hurt me it felt like my legs were going to explode and I BEGGED him to stop and he refused or didn't understand the word PLEASE STOP YOUR HURTING ME. I could not even get off the table without help he kept demanding for a pain level # he could not understand he had hurt me instead of help me. WORST MEDICAL CARE I HAVE EVER HAD !!!
