She has been my doctor for over 20 years. She really cares and will some cases call you later to see how you are doing. She will refer you a specialist if necessary.

Honest, caring, and supportive doctor
Dr. Zhai is brutally honest and does not sugarcoat facts. She will pinpoint the issue(s) and identify possible solutions. She identified all my underlying health issues I didn't know I had. She makes great preventive measures to protect my health. She may seem stoic at times however she is supportive.

Dr Zhai as been a consistent advocate for my health. She is friendly, listens and is incredibly busy but always seems devoted to my issues when I'm with her. I have seen her now for 18 years and I would not want to have to change to a new provider. Dr Zhai is absolutely GREAT!!!

She is the best doctor I have ever seen. She listens and spends time. I had to leave her care for a while when my insurance changed, and really felt lost. I am so happy I can see her again.

This provider is very uncaring, accusatory and condescending. I will never return to this office. In my opinion she is an embarrassment to the medical community as a whole.

Dr. Zhai listened to me, asked questions, was very thorough in review medications, and ailments. She ordered and made use of blood work. She is 100% focused on me during my visits and I do not feel she has anything other than my best interests at work.

I am amazed reading other patients reviews! Dr Zhai has been the only doc in the last 5 years who has LISTENED to me, given me the referrals I asked for, did not try to act like I was stupid or crazy. She is awesome.
