Very professional and prompt
Very professional, explained procedure, answered questions properly, warned me when procedure would be uncomfortable and said 'sorry'. Check in staff also efficient and professional.

Dr. Ziba asked good questions, inspected my knee, tested ROM and asked my experiences with the knee joint. She cared to ask relevant questions and made a therapy and addressing plan to begin treatment .

First time at this office. Staff was nice and helpful. Doctor asked about my condition and examined me. We talked for a while and she ordered X-rays and MRI. X-ray technician was nice and we talked about work.

Upon arriving 30 minutes prior to my appointment, like suggested. I was told to have a seat and that the doctor is usually on time and was the day I went. After my appointment had come and gone the front desk lady saw me ad was surprised that I hadn't been called back. She very nicely went to ask and was then taken back. The nurse was very short and seemed like he didn't even want to be there. After taking a brief history he left the room. When Dr. Ranjbaran graced us with her presence she began without much of a hello. My husband was with me and she asked him to leave the room. Not knowing exactly what was going to happen and without even consulting me about him being in the room. She started the procedure which was not painful at all but unknown. After the procedure she closes up everything tells me she will contact my doctor and walks out. I believe that this doctor is in dire need of a class on bedside mannerisms.

Dr. Ranjbaran One is a very pleasant personality, and her attitude sparkles. When I went to see her, I was very depressed and really didn’t want to be there. As soon as she opened the door, her her bright, genuinely welcoming smile and attitude made me feel that Steelers glad to see me, as a person, and really cared. She is always very professional, takes care of my medical needs, and makes me feel as if I’m visiting a good friend.

I cannot comment on Dr. Ranjibaran's skills, only on the hoops required to become a patient if one has a PPO or Medicare. I have always been able to schedule appointments with specialists either using my PPO or, nowadays, using Medicare. Dr. Ranjibaran not only requires a referral, but the referral must come from a primary care doctor within Memorial Medical Care Group. So, even if one was to obtain a referral from a non-Memorial affiliated primary care doctor, one would have to switch PCPs.

Dr. Ranjbaran and her staff are so professional, kind, patient, good listeners, and exceptional in the medical care provided to both my husband s band and myself. She has been handling our pain management for several years and consistently gives us the best advice regarding arthritis, migraines, muscular pain, tendinitis, and more. We highly recommend Dr. Ranjbaran and her team, (especially Charlie) for dealing with pain management.

How many times in the same visit should you have to tell a Dr. that you react poorly to a certain medication, and not at all to another? I felt like I was talking to a drug representative, not a Specialist. Not at all impressed. No need to go back, unless of course I want her prescriptions.
