Dr. Zinije Jonuzi, MD

As a new patient of Dr. Jonuzi, I’ve found her to be a great listener, responding to my concerns in a thorough, understandable manner. She is also kind and has a good sense of humor. I would definitely recommend her.

I was very nervous to see a different doctor for my almost 2 year old, but being right after the Holidays and her sicker then a dog, I had no choice. I'm really glad I did. She was so caring and patient to my little one. She explained what she thought should be our course of action and why. I really enjoyed meeting her and plan to switch my family over to her once my doctor leaves in February.

I enjoy this UW Health Clinic, however, do not think that Dr. Jonuzi was a good addition to this staff. The office environment is clean and efficient. Other medical professionals there are kind and caring. Dr. Jonuzi is none of these in my opinion. She often made contradicting statements and plans of care. She did not listen to the information I was giving her, rather felt it necessary to lecture me. She was condescending and I felt as if she did not show any concern for me as a person.

I was apprehensive given the poor review I saw on-line but was pleasantly surprised. Dr. Jonuzi was professional, listened, and provided thoughtful responses. I had a routine examination that included a pap smear. I've a tilted cervix making it challenging for health professionals to conduct the exam painlessly. I can't believe how quickly and expertly she performed the procedure with very little discomfort. I would definitely see her again and extend a recommendation wherever possible.

Didn't listen well to my concerns and negated my history of trying to address my issue. Didn't work collaboratively and seemed condescending. I won't see her again. A plus (or is that a warning sign?), however, is she seems to have ready accessibility...
