I've been with Dr. Khan for about 3 years now, and he's one of the best doctors I've ever had. However dealing with his office staff is a nightmare every single time. Any time there's an issue with my prescription it takes 1-2 weeks (minimum 1 week) to get it straightened out, which is an issue when using a mail order pharmacy. I've run out of my medication multiple times because they don't listen when you leave a message or talk to them, they don't call you back they just send a message on the portal that doesn't resolve the issue and you have to keep calling back, keep leaving messages, and it's just beyond frustrating. I'm now moving to a different provider because once again my med wasn't received by the pharmacy and the person I talked to and told that didn't bother telling Dr. Khan, they just sent a message on the portal the next day saying the medication IN THE WRONG DOSAGE was already sent, even though I'd explained that to her when we spoke to day before. Not worth the hassle.

Best Doctor I’ve Been To
Telehealth
Dr.Khan is the best doctor I’ve seen. I truly believe he actually cares about his patients. He works hard and really looks into things. I’ve struggled with a low emotional state my whole life, but since seeing Dr.Khan — my life has immensely changed for the better. This guy knows what he’s doing. Not only that, but he’s also friendly and makes you feel so comfortable. He’s the best bet for fixing one’s mental health. 100% reccomend!!

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Khan?
Insincere, untrustworthy
Dr. Khan is insincere in his patient interactions and cannot be trusted to follow through with statements in regard to his medical recommendations. Dr. Khan will ignore patients for days and days after failing to fulfill his duty as a care provider and will simply lie about having done tasks in order to avoid inconvenience on his part.
