Abby was great at getting me to believe that she could help but was only interested in signing me up for as many appointments at the outset so she could charge as much as possible. Some of her appointments lasted two minutes because she always had 4-5 patients waiting. Three or four times I was supposed to use a decompression machine in her office, but it was either being serviced or someone else was using it. Abby's very rude receptionist stated that I had not paid for the service so was not entitled to it. I thought that I paid for 26 appointments that included all of the services. I paid over $1,600 and received very little to no benefit from the appointments that I had. Then Abby hired a new chiropractor to work with her and pushed me off on the new guy without an explanation. At the end of my 26 appointments, she did not even meet with me to go over my progress. She is a total scam. Buyer beware, but I would encourage you to stay away from this practice.
