I've been seeing her for several years now. She is thorough and follows through. She does not jump to conclusions like some doctors do. For example, if your blood pressure is high at your appointment, she will have you take daily readings for awhile before she changes your medication. She wants you to keep her informed of all of your doctor visits and tests. This is so she can oversee your medical care effectively. As the patient you have to partner with her and tell her everything so she can provide you with the best medical care.

She is very personable and takes her time with patients. Makes sure you are confident with knowledge of medical issues.

My wife went for her first Medicare wellness visit in April 2022. She was seen by a FNP for all of 6 minutes. Village Medical used the wrong code when they filed the claim with Medicare so the claim was denied. Village Medical billed us $254. Starting in May 2022, I have been on the phone every month with the billing department at VM to have the code changed. In Oct 2022 we started getting text msgs and phone calls from VM saying bill is pass due. When I call billing, they tell me that my issue will be escalated and I will not get any more notices. This was a lie. We are still getting calls and emails every 3 -4 weeks and every time I call VM they tell be my issue will be escalated and resolved. It hasn't. It's Feb 2023 and the issue is on-going. VM is very inept at resolving their mistakes. AND, WHO CHARGES $254 TO TALK TO A NURSE FOR 6 MINUTES! UPDATED MARCH 2, 2023 - We have now received a letter from a collection agency. VM told me this would not happen. Another lie!
