First time Therapy
started by asking my medication list. As i listed them he got frustrated and stopped me by throwing his hands up to his head as i already began to overwhelm him with my issues. He continued to ask questions and laughed as i cried and opened up about things that cause me stress or anxiety. He made me so upset at how he handled things as I'm struggling with my mental health for a very long time now and he basically told me i have no hope as i didn't follow through with my previous therapist (as she was in the hospital and wasn't able to see me and never got in touch again). He Also told me to not worry about my siblings as they were a huge concern for me and i want to make sure they are taken care of at home and know the home life is not okay at the moment. He told me to just forget about it and move on& live my life as im 25 and that is not my responsibility. As a family person that is a huge thing for me to be apart of. IM so upset with how he treated me and wasted my time and energy
