Adam Roenfeldt

Constantly on his phone, making up the most low effort excuses to cancel sessions, clearly did not care about myself or my growth, openly talked about therapist being a fallback plan because his dream job didn't pan out and it really shows.

It took a few different therapists for me to find someone who worked for me, but I got very lucky when I found Adam. He helped me work through some buried childhood traumas that were still bleeding over into my life today, get on top of my anger-management issues, and develop an actual working plan for improving my mental health. His treatment wasn't abstract or hokey (which was a problem I had with a couple therapists prior to seeing him), but based in practical applications and putting the work in myself. I'm forever grateful for how much he helped set me on a better path.

I've been seeing Adam for a while now. He's so down to earth and gives amazing advice... And actually listens to me and gives me real world examples. He's my go to and will continue to be.

He would constantly get up during our sessions and go make tea or eat something. There were multiple times throughout the session where he would look at his phone after getting a notification.
