Adam is our daughter's club volleyball trainer and does a fantastic job! You can tell he loves and believes in what he does. Best part is that we see improvement in our 14 year old's movements on the court. She has a better grasp of her movements and we've seen less injuries. I totally recommend Adam. LMH Performance Center is a wonderful facility too. The equipment is well maintained and seems new. Also it's clean. Parking is close and entry is easy.
