Had a 10:30 appointment. I was not seen until 2:15. I had to wait 3.75 hours in a small dirty room before I was seen.I felt like they forgot me. No one ever checked on me while I waited. Once seen the "doctor" seemed to be clueless and almost HIGH As she was back and forth on what suggestions where made on my symthums... staff was unprofessional and did not use gloves when giving me a shot. I will never go back back and I strongly suggest going some where else.

I had to wait 3 1/2 hours to be seen. Then after been seen by a nurse I had to wait another 2 hours before they discharged me. The nurses and staff was very unprofessional and place was dirty. The nurses used unsterile perseugers and did not using gloves. I wouldn't take my dog back there for a scratch. Place is terrible..
