HIPPA right violations

Zero star if I could! I am a nurse for Kaiser. Seeing the provider during my FMLA. Explained to her the stress, bullying, and harassment I receive as an employee that took a toll of my emotional well being and give me a hard time to be able to focus at work and produce effectively. I did this during pt's assessment in the office. She informed my manager and the manager called me the next week in the office asking me what I had told her. this truly violates patients' rights and HIPAA violations, big time!! What kind of provider can break the trust and relationship of her patients by doing this? The state must revove her license!!
