Visit was scheduled due to emergency - eye infalmation & swelling, difficult to diagnose because I used antibiotic cream overnight. Doctor prescribed Torodex, I asked 3 times to send to the pharmacy something generic, because it was Saturday afternoon, Doctor Volis assured me that this is the generic-generic. Prescription was for Torodex ST - $200 brand, not covered. Office closed, no phone service, I remain without any treatment for over the weekend, insurance and me paid. Unprofessional.
