Dr. Williams is helping me navigate the recovery processes of traumatic experiences and anxiety. Each session has helped me tremendously more than any therapy I have done in the past.

My experience with Dr. A was a waste of my time and money. This therapist said she doesn’t believe in teaching coping mechanisms. How can a client get better when they aren’t provided with the evidence based clinical techniques that help treat mental health? Dr. A is stoic in sessions and has an unfriendly temperament. She did not provide a professional, unbiased, safe space for me at all. She was overall unhelpful. 0/5 stars, would not recommend.

Dr. A told me that I was a difficult client, which is the last thing a therapist should tell a client. Dr. A was not open to my feedback regarding what I needed, and treated me like a colleague instead of a client. Dr. A re-traumatized me in many instances by her judgmental commentary and inability to adapt to my personality. I am hesitant to find a new therapist after my experience with Dr. A. Although I did not reap the benefits of my time with Dr. A, I trust that the feedback I gave her will help her be a better therapist to future clients.

Dr. A is an extremely knowledgeable and supportive clinician. She has helped me work through a multitude of issues and concerns including trauma, negative self-thinking, grief, interpersonal relationships, career concerns, anxiety and stress management and more. I’m so grateful for her support and unconditional positive regard. I literally trust her with my life because she’s saved it!
