Aimee was the MOVE Coordinator at the KC VAMC when I started the program with my husband. We both used a lot of what we learned in the program from her to reduce our weight. I released a total of 75 lb. and my husband released a total of 100 lb. I am now at a normal healthy weight and I have maintained it and my husband continues with his weight reduction plan. Thank you, Aimee for your encouragement and guidance!
