Totally failed
I came with the damaged ligature on my finger. The office charged me $400 as a new patient, got my x-rays done and reviewed as and ask to schedule to the follow up appointment - no treatment, just wait and see. On the second appointment the doctor Tahboub told me that he is not the right specialist, and I should be seen another doctor in a different hospital. Once I got an appointment in another hospital, I had to pay for the x-ray again due to the time passed since the time the first Xray was done. I wasted at least $400 for nothing and asked to spend another $200 due to the doctor admitting his incompetency. If you want to get zero help and be charged for the services not provided - he is your doctor!!!! I am filing the complain with medical board!!!!
