Alaina Duncan, NP

I have seen her for close to two years. She never went in depth and often canceled but I didn’t read too much into it as I’m very stable at this point. But when I actually needed her she canceled multiple times in a row. Then when I ask to speak with her about my medication since I can’t get an appointment til February (three months away and my last one was October and my next one was supposed to be December but she canceled AGAIN) I’m told that she will only speak to me on the phone if it’s a phone appointment. Wow. So if she cancels multiple times and you need a question answered about your medication, just get a new doctor. It’s one thing to constantly cancel. It’s another to say your out of luck if I cancel even for basic questions.

Alaina saw my adolescent daughter who felt listened to, and her opinions valued. she was spot on with her diagnosis, and the recommendations with her medications. She was compassionate and through, and actually spent more time with my daughter than me, which I found great too. she far exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend her.
