Irritable, rigid, doesn't listen
I was a few minutes late because the one parking meter on the street was broken with a line of perplexed drivers trying to fix it. When I apologized and explained, the look I got was, "Yeah, sure." And it went on from there. I told him in writing and directly in plain English not to send my results to a certain doctor which he either didn't hear or ignored. The office routine is weirdly rigid; patients are obviously subjects, not people. Tests were administered in a cramped file/equipment storage room by a tech who couldn't stop talking about her family. When the tests took too long for Mr. Breen, he assumed it was my fault. Once again I had to correct him. He also assumed I wanted the tests for dishonest reasons. "Oh, I see what's going on here..." I asked him to elaborate but he just smirked. The fact is I didn't want him to know their their possible applications to avoid possible bias. He made a difficult time in my life even worse.

My health insurance provid d mental mental health benefits. I had issues in the workplace with noise and distractions making work difficult. Dr Breen administered tests indicated by my complaint and his expertise, at his office location. The testing did indeed reveal a neurological basis for my work difficulties. Dr Breen reviewed with me my scores and his professional evaluation of my condition. He also refered me to a psychiatrist for further consideration of medication.

We were referred to this office by DVR. The office is located at 411 12th ave in Seattle.. The secretary or whatever her title is, was absolutely rude. I asked my friend to come to the doctors office with me to help me fill out any paperwork or to help me since these things that come easy to some people, or very difficult for me and even stresses me out. I suffered from a brain injury many years ago. Day to day task are really hard for me. The lady was absolutely rude to my friend.
