It is no exaggeration to declare that without Mr. Wittert's patient direction, guidance, care & sincere, natural compassion...would never been able to realize my dream of becoming a teacher. Our time together, the 'tools' he taught me, his non-stop encouragement, his enthusiasm and his belief in me lifted a shy, introvert fearful of sharing, let alone volunteering ideas, opinions or feelings vocally (communicating for me was almost always textually) to a confident educator. Moreover, have learned to trust others because Alan fostered the trust I now have for myself.
