I can't say enough about Ms. Yalamanchili. I was having a very hard time with an illness and she took time to discuss everything with me and had the utmost compassion. She never dismissed me or dumbed thing down. We discussed her background and why she thought I might benefit from certain tests/next steps. I could go on. I liked her so much that I would use her for my primary care provider if I could. As an aside, this is my normal urgent care center (I've been there maybe three times now), and I couldn't be happier. NONE of the rudeness/rushedness you may see in other urgent cares, and everyone from the receptionist to the nurses and doctors have always been very nice and compassionate and forthcoming. The space is also spotless. I have a few medical conditions and I've seen everything under the sun, and this place is like a little oasis when I need it. It is a VERY different experience than other care I've received in the area.

I saw alekhaya yesterday at the urgent care facility on w 11th Med Springs. I waited a bit but well worth it. GREAT bedside manner and very professional. Very impressed and would definitely recommend her!
