Alex practiced PT a few years ago out in Victor, NY. I had chronic shoulder problems which had been exasperated through martial arts. After carefully diagnosing the root cause, he offered a very thoughtful and concise routine for me to follow at home to alleviate my pain. I would visit every few weeks to follow up, where he would always build upon the routine to ensure the surrounding muscles would be strengthened and mitigate any further injury in the future. I cannot stress how personable and knowledgeable Mr. Houghtalen is at what he does, and you'll be extremely lucky to have gone to him for PT.
