This Office's insurance processing for exam, frames/lenses, was completely botched and resulted in many many many many of my own hours on the phone with 2 insurance providers, with this office, and several in person visit to this office to resolve. Office refused to bill appropriately due to their own "policies" and general lack of education about correct procedures. Also had very difficult time getting my refund owed to me back from them. Took many follow ups. I have never had such a bad experience with any healthcare office before. We were new patients and are never using again.

Dr McGowan and his staff have always been great to me and my husband. We have utilized his office for over 12 years and cannot see myself seeing anyone else unless our insurance changes.
