Absolutely Horrible!
I had an intake apt with Alexandra through Northwestern's sleep department. She fumbled through the questions, showing absolutely NO empathy. It sounded like she was reading off a checklist of questions vs. actively listening to what I was saying. It was apparent that she isn't very experienced and in my opinion, shouldn't be trusted with patients without oversight. I left with absolutely no confidence that she could be helpful.
