She rocks. I had my IUD replacement with her and another lady (I didn’t get her name). I was really nervous after a negative experience with my first insertion (different provider) but she was very kind and understanding. They talked me through the whole thing and let me take breaks to work through the cramping before proceeding to the next steps. She did everything in her power to make the process a positive experience. While no IUD insertion is completely painless, it was so much better than my first one. I highly recommend seeing her.
