Was in the waiting room and insulted duevto my disability in front of everyone. Then was jipped out of my session by her cutting corners and rushing me out within 20 minutes! Highway robbery!! And a waste of taxpayers money.

last minute scheduling mess where i ended up having to go to another location and wait a long time to see the dr. i show up and they dont even have me in the system for the right appt me time. office is very disorganized and have issues making appts correctly. dr malkin apologizes and tries to make amends for the mess by saying my copay will be waived so i dont pay it. then i get a bill in the mail for it. very conniving. will never deal with her office again. do not trust her. she lies to you.
