Dr. Alexandria Zettler, ATR-BC

Working with Dr. Z was a wonderful experience. I always felt safe with her and the way she led me through my work was so helpful and healing. The ITR method of processing traumas is a game-changer and I recommend using her and ITR.

I came to receive treatment from Trauma from Alexandria Zettler at Studio1, but this ended up being another trauma in itself for me. I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel it is necessary to warn future potential patients against going here so they do not have a similarly destructive experience. I was called a smooch more times than I can remember here despite expressing discomfort. Alexandria constantly retold me trauma to me not in my words, but in a summarized way from her point of view that made it feel like she was making it her story and not mine. Additionally, my symptoms of trauma and abuse were pointed out to me in way that made me feel ashamed and self-conscious. In the end, I was never able to process my emotions here like I expected. I left after 2 days after signing up for 5 days and never got my money back. I hope no one ever has to experience something like what I went through here.
