Ms Mincer is a true caring, knowledgeable professional. She is empathetic and truly cares about the physical care of her patients but also cares about their emotional well being. This was demonstrated by her on point diagnosis and treatment, but also the time she spent explaining her diagnosis and answering my questions. I would confidently recommend her to all of my family and friends knowing they would be seeing a true professional who knows her stuff.

I took my son to Patient First due to our pediatrician being closed for ear pain. Alexis quickly and effectively diagnosed him with excellent manner and we were on our way. She is an awesome PA and would highly recommend seeing her.

I recently saw Ms. Mincer after not being able to see my doctor due to scheduling conflicts and had a very positive experience - the previous review surprises me as I found Ms. Mincer to be professional, courteous, and attentive to my every need. I was able to walk-in for an urgent matter and be seen without a wait, and she took the time to explain procedures and follow up. I've had difficulty in the past with pain control and I walked out of her office pain free. Definitely recommend her!

I found Ms. Mincer to be a bully who did not believe her patient when symptoms were described and thought only she knew what was best. It was not a partnership with consideration of individual variations in the least. As a result, I had incisions open and larger scars because stitches were removed to soon, and endured her bullying when pain persisted beyond her perceived limits.
