I visited for a well-woman exam, and assured if I experienced an infection after treatment, a simple phone call would result in a prescription to help. I have been sick for 6 days, and 13+ phone calls later I am still unable to pick up a prescription. They have sent the script to the wrong pharmacy twice, and now they are sending it to the correct pharmacy, but the prescription has a typo in the quantity so the pharmacy is unable to fill it. I'm considering seeking emergency care and I won't be returning to Alice Baluha's office due to incompetence, lack of urgency, or proper care.
