Alicia was my first therapist and it was one of the most growing year for me psychologically, mentally and emotionally. She listens with empathy, attentiveness and instead of telling me what to do, she asks a range of questions that help me discover what I believe is best for me. As a woman of color, she also really helped in challenging my internalized racial, cultural inferiority. I was and am blessed to have gotten to work with her as a client for a little more than a year. I would have stayed, but my insurance changed.
