Long-time patient. Alicia listens well and is good at calling out negative thoughts and behaviors. She can't do the work of fixing your problems for you, but she can help you think about things differently. Very professional but unpretentious.

Not much help at all. Didn't feel line they were listening or took time to find anything out about me. Kinda shrugged a few things off, told me not to worry about it. Well, there is why i was seeking help. To not worry about things. Hello me with a solution, not add to my problem. Felt a disconnect. I like someone to seem like they like their profession/clients.
