Dr. Alden treated me for intrusive thoughts years ago, but then refused to continue because of my “behavior”. I had done nothing wrong, and was suffering from severe child alienation at the time. Due to her unprofessionalism, I not only had to treat my intrusive thoughts at home using YouTube videos and daily affirmations, but I suffered from a tremendous amount of guilt because of my situation. In conclusion, do not see Dr Alden unless your family situation is absolutely ideal.

Dr. Alden treated my son. Although the treatments were personally scary and challenging, to him, we saw a big improvement in terms of how he was able live with the uncertainty of life and what may or may not happen. We as parents tried to reassure him and nothing we said worked. My son was depressed and was barely making it through each day. Dr. Alden’s cognitive behavioral therapy helped him and allowed him to grow. Thumbs up. She is a smart Doctor who knows how to help kids with anxiety
