Alison is tough but amazing. She helped me recover from some serious muscle tightness due to an injury. She did dry needling once a week for a couple months and I felt more relaxed than I ever have in my life. It was like having new muscles. She will work her patients hard, but won’t over do it and hurt them. She expected me to put work into my recovery but didn’t want me to do more than my body could handle.
