I suffered from severe back pain and was referred to Ali by a good friend. I would definitely recommend Ali for treatment of muscle and deep tissue relief. Ali is amazing at aligning your body, an integral part of being healthy.

I found Ali through my chiropractor after I had been suffering pregnancy-related chronic lower back & hip pain for 4-6 years. Massage/chiropractic had brought only temporary relief. After going to 9 dry needling sessions with Ali, I would say I am 95-99% better. She is professional with wonderful bedside manner, and has an incredible knowledge of anatomy and an instinctive touch when it comes to fascial release. She provided hands-on care, both physically and emotionally. Can't recommend enough!
