Dr Pepelea is the kindness, smartest doctor that we have ever been to. She is very attentive and listens to every word that you have to say. She takes her time with you and does not make you feel rushed. Her bubbly personality is very refreshing. Even though she does not dispense contact lenses I was happy to hear that she will do a routine exam and another office can fill the prescription.
