If I could give 10?? I would. I called on black friday to see about a same day appointment as my Daughter was home from school in Pa. The Dr was not in that day. They had no openings the whole time she was home. The gentleman on the phone made us a 9:30 am appointment on Sat. They don't even open till 10 am. He went out of his way to let the Dr know our situation on his day off. And the Dr came in early was waiting with a smile when we walked in at 9:30 am. He explained every step of the contact
