Allegra is the best!
We cannot say enough good things about Allegra Hackman as a PA to Dr. Smith & in her attentive, compassionate & humorous bedside manner. All needed in working with children big and small! Our 16 year old son had emergency surgery for an abscess on his hand from football & we met Allegra at his post-op appointment. She was very encouraging & understanding of his desire as a football player who was EAGER to get back to Summer conditioning with his team. She really went the extra mile in providing top notch care not only to our son, but also to our 9 year old son who was waiting to get an x-ray the next day. Allegra let us know that they could x-ray his foot/ ankle right away & and personally helped in setting up an appointment. Within 30 minutes, we had the x-ray (no breaks or fractures thankfully) and were on our way. Her kindness saved us 2 stops the next day in getting x-ray orders through our pediatrician & a hospital stop. We can't thank you enough!
