After seeing my niece for a few weeks, Mr.Brooks told me that she was quite "disturbed" and was then referred to an agency that wasn't accepting new patients for a psychological evaluation, then to an agency that was self pay and didn't take insurance. Due to the delay in her care thanks to Mr.Brooks, she has since been hospitalized and is now in long term residential care which could have been prevented through counseling and medication management. Mr.Brooks since will not return any phone call
