She talked a lot instead of checking and she checked in seconds without thorough checking and when I raised concern about it, she said she looked but didn’t give me solid understanding to brush aside my concerns and also on top of that she talked same sentences more and more to waste the time instead of focusing on the visit.So the very next day I took another appointment for my son’s ear check up and surprisingly the results were completely opposite to Allie, and I thank myself for trusting my gut.

The wait time was very fast. Allie walked through the door with a smile on her face. She was very professional and her assistant was friendly as well. I couldn’t ask for better service!!

I scheduled an appointment with Allie after the Meclizine my Family Practice Doctor had prescribed had no effect on my vertigo symptoms. Alllie was genuinely concerned about my health issue. She listened attentively and shared the results of the hearing test I was given which ruled out Ménière’s disease. The next day she followed up on a request I had made to get an MRI scheduled to rule out another possible cause for the symptom's I was having. I had to travel to Brownsburg from Terre Haute but it definitely was worth the trip. I would highly recommend her to anyone who has an ENT concern.

I had no idea that wax was issue with my ears. She painlessly removed it and recommended method to safely care for them. Made me comfortable and at ease that it happens. I still have ringing and will be making followup visit.

I am 87 years old, and this was the first time in my life that ear wax removal was totally painless. Allie is personable and efficient, and on time! I would definitely recommend her.

Allie is not my provider, and never have had interactions with her. Dr. Scott Phillips is my physician. I met the new(er) allergy staff at CENTA today and they were very pleasant. There has been a lot of turnover the last 5-6 years. This staff appeared to enjoy their jobs.

My mom 89 year old mom has had issues with her hearing I had a 3 month wait at her usual hospital I asked her to let me make appt with the hospital I'm with we got an appt very quickly I have been their before and again was not disappointed with the service from the front desk to my moms test and evaulation my mom was treated with courtesy and respect and everything was explained to us she does need hearing aides we were not pressured about even coming their but they let us know about their services we choose to come their for her to start the process excellent service that we received..
