She claimed to have tried several times to reach me while I was recently hospitalized, but never saw her. Then she didn't evaluate my weight loss properly either. I reported an unintentional weight loss of about 15 pounds in the month of June. It was 14 pounds, but she didn't look at the right records and said I had only lost 10 pounds. I had lost 14 and then gained 3 back. I don't like it when people make mistakes in my medical records.
