Would not listen to me explain my elderly parents symptons and just threw antibiotics at it. Didn't draw appropriate tests, all of this took weeks, over 6 phone calls, 2 appointments, holding times 15 minutes to speak to a live person. Dr. just referred us away! Asked for copies of labs for over 2 weeks. When I went in person for the second time to try to get a copy one of the front desk girls was rude and interrupting. Very hard office to communicate with. Treated like dirt.
