Dr. Alma Noreika, OD

Dr. Noreika is great. She cares about her patients. Takes time to address questions and provides a thorough exam. I am Type 2 diabetic and she makes the effort to review any issues or concerns, during the exam. I have always felt the care that I received was incredible and she goes above and beyond. Great part!Now THE BAD! The issue is the optometry department there. I paid for glasses and waited...and waited. They came in, they were incorrect. They said 2 weeks. 4 weeks later, I called and they are in. I go to pick them up. They are no different that they were before. This time they measure my lenses and tellme 4 more weeks. Then I get a call and they say the lenses can't be the height they measured off my existing glasses. They are from the same manufacturer. She tells me they will not turn that into the manufacturer and she proceeds to argue with me that they left me previous voice mails (they didn't) and that I will have to send my only pair in to have them check. I am done.

The best! Very thorough exams and pleasant attitude. Answers any / all questions you may have. Does not leave you guessing about anything.

Dr. Noreika is the most thorough physician I have encountered. In my experience, she walks patients through their treatment options, health concerns, and even the necessity (or not) of all the automated eye exams that optometry offices offer/force on you at each visit. She is highly trustworthy and listens to patient concerns with care. This is so hard to find in most doctors offices, but something I find incredibly valuable. I highly recommend Dr. Noreika!

Dr. Noreika is very thorough and enjoyable. She not only gives an eye exam, she makes sure that you understand why she looks at different tests and what the health of your eye is. As a patient who is very near-sided and hard to fit prescriptions for, Dr. N. is relentless in making sure I have the best prescription.
