Horrible billing department!!
You can pay your bill, have it show up on your bank statement, and this office will STILL insist they never received it and threaten to take you to collections!! They are the absolute WORST about trying to bill you twice for the same appointment, and will cancel your appointments if you don't double pay!! They need to be investigated for their dirty financial practices. As for me, I would rather drive than pay them twice or risk my credit. Definitely BEWARE!!!

I've spoken to her on the phone. She's not knowledgeable about different types of anxiety disorders or chronic primary insomnia. I found this difficult to believe. I had gone to a psychiatric nurse practitioner years ago who knew all about issues of mental health and was also an excellent counselor.

During the worst time in a lifetime, Covid-19, when mental health issues are on the rise because of being in a “lockdown” this provider, told her patient that basically she has to suck it up. Even though her patient was experiencing cardiac related symptoms, as noted in the emergency room. I consider that to be medical negligence. Please for the safety of yourself and or your family members do NOT consider this practitioner.

Very unprofessional. I awaited an appointment for a period of time to refill my prescriptions, on the day of the appointment I got a call that I was dropped from her practice. When I inquired as to why I was dropped I found out that apparently I missed 2 visit inwhich I knew nothing about. When I called to find out information her staff hung up on me. This doctor is very rudeand unprofessional. BEWARE
