Alyse Nikolao was very patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Being a first time mom, I wasn't quite sure what to expect at my first visit and she guided me through everything and put my mind at ease.

We had more specific information in a follow-up call with the hospital charge nurse that provided a clearer understanding of the timing of the procedure we were about to undertake (12-36 hours in hospital, which we hadn't realized), so that wasn't completely explained in the initial appointment but then again we were all dealing with an upsetting and very unexpected death of the fetus and it was a hard time to receive a lot of information. Health Implications of Procedure and options were well explained and gave us the information we needed to make a decision quickly on next steps, follow up in transferring us to the hospital was excellent on the clinic's side as it seems like there were many unexpected delays at the hospital that day. The team was very supportive from Alyse to front desk staff and nurses.
