Alyse Poll, NPC

Recently moved here from another state. I’m north of 65 and I was looking for a new primary care provider. Alyse was a perfect match for me. She’s respectful, responsive, and a good listener.

This provider is listed as a treating provider on the Cerebral app. She has times and dates listed as available for appointments, but then cancels them with no notice or explanation. I do not recommend her.

Alsye Poll NP is a great healthcare professional full of caring and focus for the individual patient. She listens intently and gives expert care to each individual.

I would like to give Alyse a 5-star review but given that I spent as much or less time with her as I did on hold, with receptionists and/or nurses (and that the time with the latter was not a 5-star experience), I have to give three stars. The amount of time spent on hold and waiting for return phone calls with Roaring Fork Family practice is so frustrating. That paired with the fact that I feel like I’m constantly repeating myself and correcting the next person I speak with is exhausting when added to the fact that I’m already not feeling well.

Alyse was very gentle, kind, and knowledgeable at helping with my issue. It was a quick visit, as we smoothly found a way forward, though she was available to give more of her insights and knowledge if I needed. I am most grateful for her kindness and help!

Yes, I felt very comfortable with Alyse.

The telehealth phone num er didn't work but Dr. Poll was able to take my call anyway. She was very helpful and accessed my circumstances accurately.

I have been very pleased with my visits with Elyse. She is knowledgeable, efficient, kind and friendly. She listens and communicates well. I recommend her highly.
