Lack of knowledge
She left in post-concussion syndrome with no restrictions for work. She also did not know what the practice can do. My insurance adjuster, fortunately, fixed the situation. The previous doctors I've seen before her were all competent and great at CareNow. I have never seen such incompetence by a doctor before.
