I saw Alyssa for a bulging disc in my back. Very effectively explains each exercise and what the goal of each is. Listens very thoughtfully to truly understand what you are experiencing.

I saw Alyssa to rehab my right shoulder. Because I had a very high co-pay, Alyssa structured a program for me to do a majority of my work at home, only seeing her once a week. She was very informative every step of the way, explaining the correct way to do each exercise that she gave me and what we were trying to accomplish with each. She answered all of my questions in a way that I could clearly understand. I completely recommend her to anyone who requires physical therapy. She's great!!
