Dr. Amanda Borre, DC

After years of dealing with weight issues, I enrolled in Dr. Borre’s program (based on the success and recommendation of a friend). Dr. Borre’s program is nutritional sound and employs DNA testing to establish the appropriate course of action. The nutritional weight loss plan includes excellent supplements to guide patients through an intensive program that finally provided me with the results I needed. After losing 28 lbs. in six weeks, Dr. Borre incorporated a moderate exercise regime, and increased sensible-food intake. Ultimately, I lost 46 lbs. and achieved my weight target of 190 lbs. by December. She strongly encouraged food and exercise journaling, which was always beneficial when I heeded her advice. In fact, she was able to get me back on track after a couple of minor weight upturns by journaling. I give Dr. Borre and her plan and methods my highest recommendation.
